To get the most out of your consultation, we recommend creating a list of questions and topics that you wish to discuss during your consultation.

If you wish to proceed with our representation within the next 10 (Ten) days after the initial consultation, we offer you a credit of up to $200 Canadian dollars that is applicable to the balance of our professional fees should you wish to proceed with our representation.
All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Please ensure you pay the correct amount based on your place of residence (inside or outside Canada) to avoid delays.
IMPORTANT: All consultations paid are non-refundable for any reason.
When booking your consultation, ensure you select the correct time zone and be on time. We recommend connecting at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time and test your camera and audio.
All requests to reschedule your consultation must be sent to email@example.com at least 48 hours in advance. An admin fee of CAD$50.00 applies.
If you missed your consultation for any reason and wish to reschedule, you would need to book and pay for a new consultation.
Our consultants will wait for up to 15 minutes connected. After 15 minutes, the consultation will be deemed cancelled.

All consultations are done via Google Meet. (you will receive the link after booking)
Your consultation includes up to two (2) questions within 24 hours after your consultation to clarify some of the points discussed during the consultation. (no new topics or topics that require further investigation will be answered). You can email your questions to firstname.lastname@example.org (we reserve the right to limit our answers).
During the consultation, we will talk to the principal applicant and spouse/partner (if applicable). You are welcome to invite someone else to join your consultation and if so, it would be deemed to be an authorization to disclose your personal information to your guest. The consultation is personal. (we would not be able to evaluate your guests' profile, for instance).
