Daniel Peimbert is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and founder of Great Start Canada Immigration. Based on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, he has been helping individuals and families navigate Canadian immigration processes since 2018.
Daniel holds a Diploma in Immigration Law from the University of British Columbia and obtained his RCIC license through the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), the national regulatory body for immigration and citizenship consultants in Canada.
His approach combines professional expertise with honest communication and personalized guidance designed around each client’s immigration goals and circumstances.

How the booking process works
A simple and straightforward reservation process
Booking your consultation is designed to be a simple and transparent process. From selecting the consultation type to receiving your meeting confirmation, each step is intended to help you prepare with clarity and confidence before your session.
1.Choose your consultation type
After clicking the booking button, a new scheduling page will open where you can select the consultation format and duration that best fits your needs:
- 15 minutes
- 30 minutes
- 45 minutes
- 60 minutes
2. Select your date & time
Choose an available appointment based on your preferred schedule and time zone.
3. Complete payment
Once payment is completed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your consultation details.
We recommend checking your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the confirmation immediately.
4. Sign the consultation agreement
The consultation agreement must be signed at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Consultations cannot proceed without the signed agreement.
5. Join your consultation
You will receive a Google Calendar invitation with your Google Meet link by email before your appointment.
Consultations are conducted via Google Meet (or by phone call - only for clients located in Canada, the USA, or Mexico).
We recommend connecting a few minutes early, testing your audio and video settings in advance, and ensuring you select the correct time zone when booking your consultation.

- Preparing a list of questions or topics you would like to discuss
- Having any relevant immigration documents available during the session
- Joining from a quiet place without interruptions
- Testing your internet, audio, and camera settings before the meeting

Important information before booking
Understanding What the Consultation Includes
To ensure clarity and transparency, it is important to understand the scope and expectations of the consultation.
The consultation does not include:
- Review of complete applications or supporting documents
- Completion of immigration forms
- Access to immigration portals
- Written reports or document checklists during the consultation
Additional important information
- All consultations are non-refundable.
- Consultation rescheduling requests must be sent at least 24 hours in advance and may be subject to a CAD $50 administrative fee.
- Consultations are cancelled after 10 minutes of no attendance.
- Consultation sessions may be recorded for quality and internal documentation purposes.
- Great Start Canada Immigration does not provide representation for Quebec immigration matters.

How is the consultation delivered?

What happens if I arrive late?
Consultants remain connected for up to 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. After that period, the consultation is considered cancelled. To reschedule, a new consultation booking and payment would be required.
What happens if I miss my consultation?
If you do not attend your consultation, the session will be automatically cancelled. To reschedule, a new consultation booking and payment would be required.
Can my spouse attend the consultation with me?
Yes. Consultations may include the principal applicant, spouse or partner (if applicable), and unmarried dependent children under 21 years old.
Can another person join the consultation?
Additional guests may join the consultation if authorized by the principal applicant. However, consultations are focused exclusively on the principal applicant’s case and profile.
What happens if I still have questions after the consultation?
Additional consultations can be booked if further guidance is needed.
If I move forward with representation services, will future questions be covered?
Once representation services are retained, questions related to the immigration matter covered under the agreement are generally included as part of the representation process.
